Global Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods globally, as well as domestic distribution across Australia.
Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate international shipments for inbound raw materials, cross-trade logistics, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely delivery.
- Manage domestic and international distribution of finished goods, service parts, and loan devices, maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers.
- Optimise container utilisation, drive cost-control initiatives, and ensure service quality is met.
- Generate and analyse supply chain data, including shortage analyses, forecasts, and inventory reports, to inform business decisions.
- Represent the logistics function in cross-functional meetings and manage key operational actions, leading and participating in continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
- International freight experience (import/export) is essential, with knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or FMCG is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems, with the ability to create reports and data insights, is required.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills are necessary.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to bring structure and process improvements, you will thrive in our fast-paced supply chain team.
