We are seeking a highly skilled System Monitoring Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our data centre infrastructure, manage large-scale events, and serve as the central point for electrical and mechanical system monitoring.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor data centre infrastructure platforms 24/7.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external teams.
- Develop protocols for effective communication and escalation.
- Contribute to outage analysis and post-mortem reviews.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our data centre operations team as a System Monitoring Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre infrastructure, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective measures.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical systems.
- 1+ year of experience working with building management systems or electrical platform management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data centre engineering or operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform root cause analysis.
