This role will suit a well-rounded hospitality or customer service professional with the flexibility and experience to work a variety of shifts through the week including weekends.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience working in reception/front desk/reservations, or a hospitality supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to all incoming reservations calls, emails, and enquiries from guests, travel agents, and corporate companies regarding accommodation
- Processing all reservations, cancellations, and amendments to bookings
- Communicate guest special requests to relevant teams throughout the hotel, including VIPs
- Be an expert on the hotel rooms, room rates, and packages available and upsell when possible
- F&B service, from Breakfast to Room Service
