Job Title: Fixed Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Plant Operator to join our production team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role involves operating asphalt plants and/or loaders to produce asphalt to specifications, planning production activities, and communicating with customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our quality control team to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a production environment, commitment to workplace safety and quality practices, and availability to work extended hours including night shifts and weekends when required. A valid driver's license and mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating asphalt plants and/or loaders to produce asphalt to specifications
  • Planning production activities and coordinating with customers
  • Working closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with customer specifications
