Job Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead client engagements, scope projects, and develop commercial strategies to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading client engagements – scoping, cost planning, procurement advice, and commercial leadership.
  • Developing new and existing client relationships – winning work through proactive business development.
  • Resourcing, mentoring, QA, and performance management of a team.
  • Delivering excellence – cost plans, estimates, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
  • Steering outcomes – managing risk, variations, claims, and commercial reporting to drive best value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract capability with compelling client presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen and account growth track record.
  • Team leadership experience – mentoring, resourcing, and uplifting capability.
  • Chartered (AIQS/RICS) or well advanced on the pathway.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
