Senior / Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy About them Established in 2002, this Australian owned national, independent, professional services firm specialising in quantity surveying and asset consulting.
Their clients comprise of the property, construction and infrastructure sectors, including Education, Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, Government, Health, some infrastructure.
Over the past 20 years, they have grown from a small boutique firm to a national practice operating in Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide.
About the role They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors (open to senior)to join their dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to a wide range of projects.
You will assist in cost planning, contract administration, and project control across various sectors.
What You'll Need: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Cost Xis a must.3-7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the construction or property sectors.
Sharp analytical skills, a passion for numbers, and an eye for detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, alongside key QS software.
A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
