Resident Care Director

We are seeking a seasoned Resident Care Director to join our team in a welcoming residence located in the heart of Bendigo, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care while fostering partnerships with family members.
- Training and Development: Promoting a positive learning environment to develop the capability and knowledge of carers and nurses.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement processes, auditing, and reporting.
- Resource Management: Monitoring the availability and provision of clinical resources.
- Clinical Program Development: Developing clinical care programs to ensure they are of the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a large aged care home. They should be a registered nurse with current registration, experienced in managing people and budgets, and possess Australian working rights.
