Lead Clinical Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residence Manager to lead our clinical team in residential care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and resident-centred care. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and partner with residents, families, and healthcare providers to deliver tailored, holistic support.

In addition, the Residence Manager will oversee incident responses, quality improvement, reporting, and clinical risk management. They will also deliver training and performance coaching for ongoing staff development.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar leadership role in residential care
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the aged care sector and current industry trends
  • Patient-Centred Care: A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that prioritizes patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading clinical teams in residential care and managing both strategic and hands-on operations
  • Certification: AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
