Insolvency Expert

We are seeking an experienced insolvency professional to join our dynamic Business Recovery & Insolvency Team in Sydney.

To succeed, you will need excellent communication and time management skills, be well-presented, self-motivated and a quick learner with an eye for detail. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be familiar with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

In this challenging role, you will work with people at a highly emotive time in their lives, requiring resilience and empathy. As an adviser, you will have the opportunity to help business owners and people consider their options going forward.

In return, we will offer you on-the-job training and direct mentoring by senior staff and partners as well as access to industry leaders to learn from. Our specialists have vast experience managing corporate and personal insolvencies, restructuring businesses and getting them back on their feet.

  • Presents a confident, professional and friendly manner
  • From 1 to 3 years' experience within insolvency/restructuring/bankruptcy
  • A relevant completed degree
  • A desire to work towards CA and ARITA qualifications
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • A team-focused approach, able to work productively with all levels in the team from graduate to partner
