Clinical Coding Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coding Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the quality and revenue assurance of our clinical coding processes.
This role would suit a motivated individual with excellent clinical coding skills who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical coding and experience working with complex casemix data.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on Australian Clinical Coding Standards
- Review coded episodes prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy and quality
- Contribute to the analysis of revenue recovery and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve coding and documentation issues
- Intermediate/Advanced Clinical Coding or auditing course
- Strong background in clinical coding with at least 5 years of recent experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to prioritize and time manage
