Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to spearhead our new Harbour Town store. As the leader of this retail venture, you will be responsible for assembling a high-performing team from scratch and establishing a culture that resonates with customers.

Your day-to-day duties will include collaborating with your Area Manager to drive sales growth, manage key performance indicators, and create an exceptional customer experience within your store. You will also be accountable for conducting interviews, identifying top talent, and fostering a work environment that encourages employee growth and achievement of sales targets.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 months of experience in store management or a second-in-command position within a retail setting. You must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging your team, as well as a solid understanding of performance metrics. Additionally, you should possess strong business acumen, be able to make informed decisions, and exhibit self-motivation with a passion for professional development.
