**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Retail Sales Leader.

This is a part-time position at 26.5 hours/week, providing an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales leadership.

You will be responsible for leading by example, creating memorable customer connections, and assisting in the training and development of your team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Assist in managing stock levels, processing deliveries, and maintaining a well-organized store environment
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to drive business results
