Job Overview

This role is a pivotal part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the Food program, contributing to responsible and sustainable feeding through Food@Work program leadership and ecosystem management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing strategy for assigned countries, aligning local needs with regional and global objectives.
  • Execute initiatives that build brand trust and engagement through strategic communications, events, and campaigns.
  • Serve as a central marketing point of contact for multiple teams, including operations, Food Program, and global teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across complex ecosystems using strong communication and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support key projects by creating marketing tools, resources, and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications (or equivalent)
  • 7 years of related brand marketing, brand building, brand communication, and digital marketing experience
  • Self-starter with a proven background in developing marketing, communications, or related strategy and executing initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to evaluate information to communicate trends and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience leading internal and external communications
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management in complex situations
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders
