Lead Crowd Management Specialist

We are seeking a part-time permanent Lead Crowd Management Specialist to join our team working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Crowd Control Security team based at various venues across the Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the team to drive performance and service levels to clients
  • Proactively engage with clients across multiple sites
  • Manage any complaint or performance-related issues effectively
  • Provide adequate training to ensure the Crowd Control team performs their roles efficiently
  • Review and implement quality control processes to improve overall standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote safe working practices and encourage adherence to industry standards
  • Ensure accurate incident, injury, or hazard reporting
  • Verify all processes comply with industry regulations
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
  • Previous experience in crowd management
  • Current Victorian Security licence/Crowd Control licence
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Current First Aid with CPR certification
