Project Management Opportunity

As a senior project manager, you will oversee the execution of road, building and open space projects. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to promptly identify and address customer needs.

You will facilitate the delivery of projects from inception to closure while demonstrating adaptability and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with design consultants and construction contractors to ensure time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets are met.
  • Providing project management services for projects within the $5-10 million range.
  • Developing project plans in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Forecasting cash flow requirements and identifying potential budget shortfalls.
  • Effectively communicating with project stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, applicants must possess:

  • A degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building or Construction, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management and contract administration for civil and/or building projects.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
