Job Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the delivery of multiple projects, encompassing road, building and open space development. This entails collaborating with stakeholders to identify and promptly address customer needs, facilitating project progression from initiation to completion, and demonstrating adaptability and leadership.

  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building or Construction disciplines are required.
  • Extensive experience in project management, project delivery and contract administration for civil and/or building projects within the $5 - $10 million range.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development is essential.
  • Ability to identify and document a project program and milestones.
  • Capacity to develop project plans and provide consultation services.
  • Proven expertise in design development and field delivery, with the ability to identify issues, resolve them promptly, and escalate as necessary.
  • Ability to forecast cash flow requirements and identify budget shortfalls, with solutions to rectify these issues.
  • Effective communication skills to engage project stakeholders.
