Job Title: Branch Manager Western Australia

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Branch Manager at our Western Australian branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage a small team of sales and production staff to achieve high professional standards.
  • Oversee and lead the activities and performance of the sales and production team.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain team KPIs.
  • Strategically foster customer engagement.
  • Develop monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
  • Implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key target markets.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.
Requirements:
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team.
  • Excellent listening, understanding, and responsiveness skills.
  • Willingness to be coached and mentored by senior management.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and within all departments of the organization.
