Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for Australia and New Zealand
- Maintain employee records and provide effective communications regarding payroll matters
- Calculate and process employee terminations, redundancies, salary increases, back pays, allowances, deductions, and manual payments
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Data entry skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using payroll software (iChris/CHRIS21 preferred)
About You
Candidates will have a few years' experience within a payroll position, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-focused, high-volume role.
You'll work collaboratively with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality according to EEO guidelines.
