Risk Management Specialist

The RoleWe seek a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team, driving the development and implementation of HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Steer the development and implementation of HSEQ standards.
- Undertake audits and inspections.
- Work closely with senior management to prepare reports.
- Motivate and educate BMD employees to champion best practice use of our systems.
- Develop work method statements, project plans and inspection and test plans.
- Implement system changes and improvements.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A qualification in Work Health and Safety (minimum Certificate IV).
- Knowledge of current legislation, standards and industry requirements.
Additional desirable skills include qualifications in training and assessment, as well as prior experience in the construction industry.
