Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to expand our reach and amplify our mission of supporting individuals and families through essential human services.

This role will suit a candidate who has a strong clinical background such as Nursing or allied health and will have the capability to operate in a multi-faceted level including clinical and care practice overview, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and High Intensity onboarding (stakeholder engagement) and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Business Development strategic plan as approved and set by the Board and CEO.
  • Engage with various stakeholders and networks for the business development and growth.
  • Establish and maintain Revenue Generation and Service Growth.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of Supported Independent Living (SIL) in our NDIS and Child Safety services.
  • Develop and manage strong referral pipelines and pathways through hospital networks, community organisations and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Clinically trained (RN, EN, OT, Social Worker, or similar) with experience in healthcare, disability, or NDIS.
  • Current AHPRA registration (where applicable).
  • Excellent communicator with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
