About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to enjoy flexibility and autonomy while managing your day. You will have the backing of a strong, close-knit team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals, supported by the resources of a global corporate infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Case management with manageable caseloads, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees.
  • Working closely with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts.
  • Conducting various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
  • Delivering the innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Osteopathy.
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain upon graduation).
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation would be highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
  • Well-developed time management skills, considering the fast-paced nature of this position.
  • A current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
