Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Osteopath - Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries and return to work.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Case Management: Collaborate with rehabilitation assistants to manage caseloads effectively and provide support where needed.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your osteopathic knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes and develop injury prevention strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with employers, employees, and medical professionals to design and implement effective workplace education programs.
  • Assessments and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and ergonomic evaluations, to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Osteopathy and full registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain upon graduation.
  • Previous Experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion and Empathy to understand the challenges faced by injured workers and their families.
  • Effective Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
