You will enjoy the autonomy to manage your caseload, working closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks. Your clinical expertise will be utilized to improve return-to-work outcomes, and you will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop injury prevention programs.

Duties include:

  • Clinical assessments using Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
  • Delivering our virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery
  • Collaborating with employers and employees to implement workplace education programs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, empathy, and time management skills are essential
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a comprehensive insurance policy are required

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
