Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs and creating engaging learning experiences for young children.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Collaborate with educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for educators on best practices in early childhood education and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with the Centre Team to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • To ensure all aspects of the centre's philosophy and policies are upheld at all times.
  • To provide ongoing support and guidance to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF.
