Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory affairs strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory business risks and opportunities
- Provide regulatory affairs expertise for technical regulatory developments and respond to challenges and crisis management
- Ensure ingredients, product composition, claims, and labeling compliance are within applicable regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on developments in regulatory affairs, support regulatory impact assessments, and change management
Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields with food law dedication
- Experience in regulatory affairs in an international and multi-functional environment
- Strong networking and communication skills, reliability, accuracy, and an efficient work style
- Project management skills, including meeting deadlines, attending to detail, and handling complexity
- Ability to negotiate and influence others with respect to food regulation issues
- Continuous improvement and change culture behavior, including change management skills
