Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting with guests, presenting the bar menu, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, using high-quality ingredients and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Replenish stock levels and ensure all cups and utensils are clean and hygienic before use.
  • Collaborate with wait staff to provide seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Operate a 3-group coffee machine and prepare various types of coffee to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • RSA Certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure are necessary.
