Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled B2B Digital Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the performance and management of our digital assets. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of our B2B E-commerce website, CRM, and API website, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently, enhancing our customer experience and supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Performance and Issue Management
  • Collaborate with team members and customers on digital product enhancements
  • Monitor website and product analytics to track key performance indicators
  • Support team members in content posting and analytics
  • Manage account and user access for the MyAPI website and related applications
  • Handle user permissions, password issues, and account activations/reactivations
  • Ensure timely issue resolution, especially with any business-critical activities such as order processing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in website and product administration
  • Proficient in content management, back-office tools, and handling incident/problem management
  • Skilled in stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding of content management systems
  • Knowledgeable in using analytics tools and interpreting data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and providing insights
  • Capable of troubleshooting digital product issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
