Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify training requirements for store and corporate team members, aligning with organizational objectives and individual development needs.
- Develop comprehensive training plans, including strategies, content outlines, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics, to effectively address identified needs and ensure measurable success.
- Create and distribute instructional materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentation decks tailored to meet specific business requirements and enhance learning experiences.
- In partnership with local and global HR teams, deliver interactive and impactful learning sessions, spanning from onboarding initiatives to specialized technical skills, compliance training, and leadership development programs, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support and elevate our team member engagement, wellness, diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy.
- Develop and rollout processes that support succession planning and capability development.
- As required, lead, support, and/or contribute to key organizational strategic projects and initiatives aligned to people and performance.
- Minimum 4-7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or similar industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Training, Learning & Development, Education, Business or related discipline
- Experience in designing and evaluating training programs
- Experience managing large-scale programs and multiple projects
- Ability to analyze business needs and design specific solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A proactive, accountable, and hands-on approach
- Passion for retail industry and desire to contribute to a world-class organization
