About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming individual to join our team as an Hotel Ambassador. As a key member of our hospitality team, your primary responsibility will be to create lasting impressions on our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Managing and retrieving guest luggage in a timely and efficient manner
- Valet parking guest vehicles and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting guests with taxi arrangements and other transportation needs
- Supporting hotel operations and collaborating with other departments when required
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and appearance
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high levels of service and responding to guest requests
- Australian Driver's License (dual Manual & Automatic required)
