Youth Discipleship Leader

We are seeking a full-time Children's and Youth Minister to join our staff team. This role is focused on making and growing young disciples of Jesus through the faithful, prayerful teaching of God's word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sunday Kids' Group, Youth, and Crèche
- Oversee midweek Playgroup, Kids' Club, and Youth
- Engage with local schools, including involvement in SRE
- Evangelise to children and youth (inc. Holiday Club, Christmas)
- Build, train, and coordinate volunteer leaders
- Ensure Safe Ministry adherence and compliance with Child Safe Standards for volunteer children and youth ministry leaders
- Contribute to the wider ministry and mission of Holy Trinity
Required Qualifications:
- Loves the Lord Jesus, loves his word the Bible, and loves his people the Church
- Committed to prayerfully teaching the Bible to children as God's principal means of growing them as faithful disciples
- Excited to evangelise and disciple children, youth, and their families
- Experience in and passion for children's and youth ministry
- Theological training in a Reformed Evangelical tradition
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- A servant heart, is teachable, and willing to learn

- Complete all Diocesan Safe Ministry Training
