To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in management and/or extensive post-graduate clinical and management experience in the acute healthcare setting
- Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating motivation, delegation, negotiation and knowledge with clinical experience of evidence-based acute health assessment, treatment and care
- Proven ability to provide leadership, manage resources and drive change effectively with a demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Computer literacy including working knowledge of staff scheduling systems HealthRoster
