About the Role:
ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers to enable them to return to work and achieve their goals.
- Work across national and state-based customer contracts to deliver high-quality services.
- Form close bonds with clients and support their health outcomes through assessments and interventions in various environments.
- Help bring best practice health engagements into all facets of clients' rehabilitation journeys.
- Work collaboratively with the ORS executive team to achieve a healthy work-life balance and provide resources for staff to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance clinical and professional skills.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- 1+ year of experience in a Rehab Consulting or return to work role.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
- Driver's licence and vehicle.
