Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' abilities, limitations, and needs to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to clients, helping them cope with their conditions and explore career options.
  • Monitor clients' progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Offer crisis intervention and refer clients to appropriate emergency services when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full AHPRA Registration.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
