About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work across national and state-based customer contracts, forming close bonds with clients and supporting their health outcome attainments every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and/or ORS offices.
  • Help bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, taking into account clients' unique needs and goals.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • 1+ year's experience in a Rehab Consulting or return to work role.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
