Residential Education Leadership Opportunity

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to enhance the overall care experience for residents through effective planning and direction of personal and clinical care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes the security, well-being, and welfare of residents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team to deliver high-quality care and support to frail aged individuals.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation governing Aged Care Facilities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or Tertiary qualifications in Aged Care.
  • Experience in a relieving leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive Care Team.
  • Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act (desirable).

  • Covid-19 and Flu Vaccination evidence.
