Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Members: Greet members warmly and assist them in loading their orders onto the conveyor belt, determining their packing preferences, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Packing and Loading: Pack member orders into boxes and load them onto a separate trolley or flatbed, checking for tampering and ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed.
  • Support Cashiers: Run for items such as merchandise, boxes, and register supplies as requested by cashiers to maintain a smooth checkout process.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain the cleanliness of the register area and general front-end area, cleaning spills and trip hazards immediately.
  • Operate Equipment: Retrieve trolleys and flatbeds from the parking area using a rope with a clasping hook, pushing no more than 10 trolleys together, and keep the lot free of debris and sweep in front of the building.
  • Perform Closing Duties: Perform related tasks such as setting up and closing duties for the department, including returning products, collecting paperwork, stocking registers, and cleaning the area.
  • Cashiering: Cashier during busy periods as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist Other Areas: Assist other areas in the department as necessary, and assist in other departments of the warehouse as needed.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate mechanical trash compactors and cardboard balers as required.
  • Meet Certification Requirements: Must be willing to obtain an RSA certification.
