Job Overview
We seek a dedicated individual to join our Security & Emergency Operations Centre Team.
This role will be based in Perth and requires the ability to work a 24/7, 12 hours shifts, rotating roster (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
The Security and Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC) is a communications hub dedicated to assisting security and emergency response teams on the ground at various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess emergency and security communications across various sites and accommodation areas in real time.
- Receive, triage and escalate incoming calls related to incidents, emergencies, and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with site-based security, emergency response, and medical teams to ensure timely and effective responses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security or dispatch/control room environments.
- Proven experience in an emergency, medical or first aid response environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow critical procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
