Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build key relationships with OEM partners.
  • Develop and align market strategy with OEM objectives.
  • Negotiate and agree product portfolio and pricing.
  • Lead the OEM distribution businesses to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Establish and execute an effective strategic plan aligned to DE for distribution over a 5-year horizon.

Requirements
  • Substantial leadership experience (10+ years) demonstrating significant contribution to strategy linked to business success.
  • A proven track record of achievement in developing collaborative OEM relationships and delivering commercial performance.
  • Experience in leading significant change in a large and complex organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
