About This Role
  • Generate new business opportunities from both within your designated portfolio, and from the broader geographies you are responsible for through business development activities across new customers, and industry verticals where organisations may not yet trade with Essentra;
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, qualifying leads to prospects, and winning new customer business to generate significant growth;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the Essentra service proposition;
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on sales performance and progress towards targets.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor Degree in business management, engineering or related field;
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in external, field sales based role;
  • Good understanding of the sales processes and systems;
  • Drive and energy to manage customer accounts while seeking new opportunities;
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Commercially astute;
  • Creative problem solving ability;
  • Highly self-motivated-willingness to 'go the extra mile';
  • Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing workload;
  • Strong computer skills across all applicable work related application;
  • Previous experience of working within an industrial market is preferred but is not essential.
