Senior Housing Operations Executive

This is a senior leadership role in our housing business. The Senior Housing Operations Executive will oversee the operational, design, pricing and packaging aspects of our housing brand.

The key responsibilities include designing houses in collaboration with drafters, obtaining cost estimates from external builders, setting pricing with the General Manager, and packaging up the product with land for Business Development Managers and retail salespeople to sell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design houses in collaboration with drafters
  • Obtain cost estimates from external builders
  • Set pricing with the General Manager
  • Packaging up the product with land for BDMs and retail salespeople
  • Liaise with contractors during the build process

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing, the market, and how to package an attractive product for the first home buyer/investor market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of housing and the market
  • Ability to design houses in collaboration with drafters
  • Knowledge of construction and operations
  • Experience in workflow management
