Executive Director of Housing Policy

**Job Overview:**

The Executive Director of Housing Policy will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the organization's housing policy strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive housing policy initiatives to address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform advice on housing policy and reform agendas.

**Accountabilities:**

  • Provide high-quality written materials and communications about housing policy, legislation, and reform.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver a work program and ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their performance expectations.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in providing strategic policy advice and analysis on housing policy issues.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including ability to conduct complex policy research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to prepare high-quality written materials and communications.
