As a Tier 2 Community Housing provider, Vinnies manages over 650 homes and aims to grow by 500 more in the next five years. Directors meet bi-monthly, with direct costs associated with meeting attendance potentially reimbursed and relevant training and support available.

Diversity and statewide nominations are encouraged.

Directors will have opportunities to develop new skills and expertise, working closely with other board members to achieve shared goals. Regular communication and updates ensure all directors are informed and engaged throughout their tenure.
