Tool Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tool Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient handling of tooling, asset maintenance, and purchasing within the service department.
Main Responsibilities:- Governance and Scheduling of Tool Store, Workshop, and Plant Asset Purchasing, Maintenance, Calibrations, and Compliance Management
- Tracking and Procurement of PPE and Consumables, and Collaborating with Suppliers to Assess Product Demand and Usage Patterns
- Compilation of Information Required for Internal and External Audits and Quality Assurance
- Accurate Record Keeping of Tools and Workshop Assets, and Scheduling of Calibrations, Inspections, and Repairs as Needed
- Quote Generation from Suppliers and Monitoring and Actioning of Back Orders
- Prior Experience in a Similar Service or Tool Store Administrative Role
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience with Procurement, Supplier Engagement, and Invoice Management
- Organized and Motivated Individual with Ability to Work Independently and within a Team Environment
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Experience, including Word and Excel (Microsoft Dynamics Experience Preferred)
