Our organisation is seeking a Store Renewal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the refit works in New, Renewal & Partner Projects across NSW & ACT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review costs and efficiencies and provide input to ensure maximum budget utilisation.
  • Implement changes to store layouts to improve and maximise the sales performance of a store to support the business growth strategy.
  • Manage external teams as well as assisting store teams to ensure a harmonious and effective working environment.
  • Liaise with Construction, Macro space, Renewal team, Commercial Teams and Store Operations as required.
  • Ensure minimum disruption to customers throughout any renewal or partner project.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in supermarkets, ideally within groceries at a Department Manager level / 2IC or similar.
  • An understanding of planograms and their implementation on projects.
  • Flexibility for early starts and travel as required in the role.
  • A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
