Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our enterprise delivery capability and drive complex projects from planning through to delivery.

This role involves embedding robust governance and best-practice frameworks, ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved, and developing and managing a range of strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including developing business cases, preparing project plans, identifying and coordinating resources, and negotiating reporting requirements.

You will also develop and maintain collaborative networks across the organisation to support the delivery of projects and provide feedback on the implementation process.

Negotiate contracts with external providers to ensure services are provided in accordance with agreed quality standards, budget, and timeframes.

Provide high-level strategic advice and support to the project team on the development, implementation, management, and reporting of projects.

Contribute to the professional development of project team members by providing leadership, management, and coaching where relevant.

Prepare a range of strategic and operational documents as required, including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions, and responses to information requests.

Lead the development of project management methodologies and processes across the organisation.
