Required Skills & Qualifications

We need team members with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, consistently exceeding expectations to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling guests to express concerns and compliments with ease.
  • The ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions, particularly for guests unfamiliar with the local area.
  • Proficiency in common PC software and the ability to quickly learn hotel-specific systems.
