We need team members with:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, consistently exceeding expectations to deliver memorable experiences.

- The ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions, particularly for guests unfamiliar with the local area.
- Proficiency in common PC software and the ability to quickly learn hotel-specific systems.
