Branch Leadership Role

Oxworks is Australia's largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with over 300 staff across 19 locations nationally. Operating for over two decades, we continue to be a market leader in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Epping Branch. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities
  • Ensure branch profitability through effective sales, gross profit, wage, controllable expense management
  • Maintain stock levels by reducing damage, lost products, and remakes while ensuring Class A product availability remains top priority for all employees
  • Provide exceptional leadership and management to all branch employees (sales and warehouse), supporting recruitment, succession planning, performance management, coaching, training, and personal development requirements
  • Foster high-quality customer service, leading to repeat business and growth opportunities, with training provided as needed to meet expectations
  • Develop close working relationships with key customers and industry contacts to drive branch sales and advance the Oxworks brand
  • Implement and execute business directives that support the company strategy
  • Ensure branch operations comply with safety and award regulations
  • Represent the company as a senior representative

In summary, this role requires a seasoned leader to provide structure and discipline to branch operations, focusing on productivity, efficiency, and a safe working environment.

Requirements

Experience in complex manufacturing environments, demonstrated people and leadership skills, knowledge of operations and financial management, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems are essential.

Stock and inventory control experience, along with knowledge of Sage, are highly desirable.
