Job Description

The role involves working as part of the People team in support of regional people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building partnerships with business leaders to coach and advise on people-related matters and strategy
  • Serving as point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions
  • Coaching, developing, and mentoring leaders to enhance team management capabilities
  • Responding to queries from managers and employees regarding policies, systems, immigration, and benefits
  • Leading regional implementation of global processes and initiatives, such as engagement surveys and performance management
Requirements

This role requires at least 8 years of human resources business partnering experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of employment law in Australia.
