">Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, with the opportunity to grow this to a capped 120 properties.

  • Inspect and maintain properties to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Manage rent reviews, arrears, and lease renewals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and team members.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with written systems and procedures within KPI guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound experience in property management and portfolio management.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious.
  • Ability to work with written systems and procedures and within KPI guidelines.
  • Experience using property management software.
  • WA Property Management Registration
  • Valid WA Drivers Licence.
