Rehabilitation Team Coordinator

The role of a Team Leader is crucial in overseeing the performance and quality of the team, identifying areas for growth and improvement, and mentoring junior staff members.
This position requires a deep understanding of workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of the following fields: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, Social Work or Rehab Counselling.
A valid Vehicle and Drivers Licence, as well as the ability to travel for work, are essential requirements for this role.
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a case load, providing advice and coaching on case management practices, and designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees return to the workforce.
